Coach Jacksonville Conveyor System Upgrade

When Buckeye Control partnered with Coach Jacksonville to upgrade their conveyor system, Core Electric was brought in to handle the electrical scope of the project. Our objective was to improve the efficiency, reliability, and integration of the conveyor’s merge system while ensuring seamless connectivity between new and existing equipment.

We began by installing the necessary wiring and cabling to link all system components. This included setting up robust support structures that not only ensured secure cable management but also maintained clear and safe access for ongoing maintenance. We integrated sensors to provide precise operational feedback, power supplies to keep the system running without interruption, and control units to manage the flow of goods with accuracy.

Our work was coordinated closely with Buckeye Control’s automation team to ensure the electrical systems complemented the control logic and hardware configurations. By aligning our installation with their programming and integration requirements, we delivered a fully functional, synchronized system that operates smoothly and efficiently.

The completed project provides Coach Jacksonville with a conveyor merge system that is faster, more reliable, and better equipped to handle varying production demands. With improved operational flow and reduced downtime, the system now serves as a critical link in the company’s production and distribution process.
